1. Company Information Orders are processed and fulfilled by Georgi House LLC (Wyoming, USA) and shipped from our production studio in the United Kingdom.
2. Production Time All items are handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Times (after dispatch)

- 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days
- 🇺🇸 USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- 🌍 Rest of World: 10–21 business days
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
5. Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
